I'm asking because i wanted to buy redmi note 7 last week before I heard they are launching note 8 that same week. Now I plan going for the miA3 due to the amoled and all.

I could have said you should buy the miA3 but for these reasons compared to the Samsung: The miA3 display is 720 by 1560. The Samsung A50 display is 1080 by 2340. The miA3 needs to be imported and there is no guarantee of software update like Samsung. Also, if you get bored with the phone, a Samsung A50 will sell faster because of the brand. The Samsung A50 also looks better with a slim sleeky design. Let your 90k buy something valuable.

While I would suggest the OP consider the A50 too ,some of your arguments against the MI A3 are flawed. It is readily available in Nigeria in slot,pointek and Raya and yes it will get updates faster than Samsung a50 because it as an Androidone device.

u beta buy iphone and worry less about useless apps downloading in background excess hot hanging freezing poor camera slowpoke response that these androids devices out there will give u headache high enough that panadol extra wont relieve

Samsung devices are good but as usual.... over priced
