You advised feeding of bones after cooking. All dog breeders and vet warn against such. It works for you because you haven't experienced the danger associated with such. That is why you are advising that others do the same. What will now happen when their dog choke on cooked bones and die? It works for you doesn't mean it is the generally accepted rule. That's why I said you need to be careful how you sell that idea because it could hurt an innocent dog somewhere out there.

Jessy picks all sortnof junk from the ground e.g stones, sand, wood etc. To stop that bad habit, I bought a collar and chain to keep her stationary when she's out of her cage. I also bought an anti-tick collar but will have to wait till she's above 3 months before I put it on her.

Didn't intend buying the dog vitamins and minerals today but I had no choice because I'd been planning to do so.

Not really, no.

They're usually fat/lousy with poor coats though overfed. Their shapes never show. You'll see boerboels looking fat and lousy, no musculature. A dog that should look intimidating looking daft. Especially the boerboels.

I understand that it's a thing of prestige in Nigeria to own an imported breed, a competition to see how much the owners can spend on some unnecessary things and brag about that, but please you guys are abusing the dogs by making them fat and docile!

Pictures of Jessy after she took her bath this morning. Sadly enough, I didn't have time to play with her this weekend because dude had an Owanbe to attend. I had to attend to my own life too. Hope she understands.

The thing bothering me about next week is how to get foetus for her. I have work to attend, so finding time to get her foetus when the stock is becoming empty is what's bothering me.

PRESS STATEMENT

Sorry guys, our reality online show almost got shut down because of Xenophobic attacks in South Africa. Nigerians say they didn't want DogSTV to continue doing business in Nigeria because it is a South African owned company. You know that's where our show airs, right?

They also got angry at the star of our show because she's a Boerboel, a breed from South Africa. I'm glad their reprisal attacks didn't come near Jessy. I just pray the Nigerian Government and South Africa sort their issues out.

Meanwhile, our show is back on for our loyal fans who have flooded social media with the hashtag #BringBackJessy.

During the period we were away, Jessy took the time to grow. She has become so energetic and playful to a fault. A smack means playtime to her, so correcting her is a big issue.

I've also increased the foetus in her meal and reduced the noodles. In addition, the mixture gets grated carrots, apples and eggs.

She's looking well fed and i can tell she's bigger in real life than the way the picture portrays her. How old is she currently?

Our show continues...

All through last Sunday night, Jessy had diarrhea. When I got back from work on Monday, she was still passing out watery stool. By Tuesday, she had lost weight, which really scared me. On top of it, she wasn't finishing her food like she's known to do. She just had about 5 days to her final vaccination.

I later realized that the last two times I fed her foetus, I didn't properly boil it, all because I was in a hurry to go to work. That must have caused the diarrhea.

So sine then, I've been boiling the foetus properly almost as if it's for human consumption. Her appetite is back and she's now bubbling.

I took her to the vet today for her final vaccine. After I explain the diarrhea she had on Monday, the doc recommended we wait till Sunday before she gets her final shots.

Jessy also had her first walk today, that was when we went to see her doc. She got some lovely compliments like...

"this dog go big o"

"see her paws"

Even the vet gave a compliment. I'll tell you why in the next post.

Jessy is now three months old. September 11 means she has now spent a month with me.
