Eddee: ROFL! I understand sir. Money is not easy to spend like that. Just take care of it even with used parts before it causes even greater problems. |

My 2001 V6 highlander check engine light is on. After scanning I got these error codes; P0141, P0325, P0330 and P1155. Hope it doesn't have much effects on the performance of the car and what's the estimated cost for repair. Thanks |

eightsin: 2 Knock sensors, oxygen sensor, air/fuel ratio sensor (not in order). Slim chance someone worked on car and didn't plug up right but more likely all bad. Knock sensors will cause issues, air/fuel ratio and oxygen sensors will increase fuel consumption over time. Given that it's a 2001, o would try sourcing used ones because new ones cost almost the value of car! 1 Like |

eightsin: Last column is prices for new. I'm sure if you look online you can get cheaper and then ship to Nigeria. I can't vouch for brand though. 1 Like

amdman: Power steering could be as cheap a fix as Power Steering Stop Leak Restores O-Rings and seals to stop and prevent power steering leaks http://weblink.carquest.com/acl/?mfgName=BAR&partNumber=1630 N3,549 Or as expensive as Cardone Reman Power Steering Pump http://weblink.carquest.com/acl/?mfgName=PSC&partNumber=21-237 N109,584 5 year warranty labor 0.9hrs N4,500 Please note our quotes will be midway between a kazeem and a dealer i.e. you could probably do it cheaper with tokunbo parts and no warranties. We on the other hand are quoting using new parts with 6 month to lifetime warranties depending on the parts and 90 day labor warranties. You get what you pay for. |

The Check Engine Light and Airbag Light on my Toyota Corolla 2003 dashboard are always on. How do I go about this. I don't stay in Lagos. From the car manual, the recommended oil is 5W30, which is best I can get and how much. I also need the price for the break pads. |

Re: How Much Should I Expect To Pay For My Repair? by radautoworks: 7:38am On Sep 20, 2019 |
mcvities: Hello, you need to take it to a shop or friend with an OBD scanner to see what's causing the problem. I don't know about BEST but considering the age of your car, if it's over 100,000 miles and has not been abused with the wrong oil any decent synthetic or high mileage synthetic should do. Ours is N17,410 for the 5qt jug (you only need 3.9qt). Conventional is N10,152
