I've been thinking of starting a game house in lekki axis, where people will be able to play consoles and virtual games, how much would you think can build a nice place like that, forget about land cause I have one, i just need the estimate to build a game center, any detailed advice will be appreciated.

dude, everything is totally up to you, how big you want the place to be how many units you want, but I'd suggest you start small, a hacked ps3 is the best option, loaded with games, with two pads, not more than 35-40k, then a 32inch tv, 40-60k, depending on brands, then you can add up, and know how many units you want, depending on the size of your building, then you'll need and inverter, or ups, for every unit, fan/ac, seats, you can do plastic for a star, it's better than bench Sha, then you can get 2units of PS4, but I don't recommend it Sha, cause you can't hack it like that, and the CDs are expensive, and different people handling it, it could get damaged, you can have it for fortnite Sha, and some exclusives, but it'll be for bigger boys, with bigger cash , it's all up to you.
then, part of the money would go into designing of your lounge, it'll have to look cool , and also advert placements

Do your home work students are your main targets university students might need some packaging but secondary school student don't need all that.

Go around Lekki to see if there are existing businesses doing that. If not, then you should know that it's likely because majority of homes have console games and most play eachother online without having to leave their homes.

Most houses there are gated with neighbors not even knowing eachother. They hardly move around the street like we see on the mainland. Except maybe i'm wrong though. So be guided.

bro I wouldn't advice you start a game center in lekki axis cause most people their have money to buy this video games and steady power supply to play at home. If they do not have cause they might not be freaked by games, they might have friends who have and so they can go play their anytime they feel like . It's best you establish such in a place where most of the folks around can't really afford to buy one at home . If you think the lekki location is best for you then 4m is more than enough for such.
