Just use Clotrimazole cream for now and wait till the second trimester to treat it because you'd have to use antibiotics

Please I am 6 weeks gone and I think I have vagina infection. I see yellowish discharge when I urinate and it smells bad only when I put the tissue to my nose. Aside that the last time I met with hubby, I felt a burning sensation in my vagina.

I know I'm supposed to go and see the doctor but I'm scared, the last time I had this same symptoms in my previous pregnancy, the doctor prescribed amoxil which I drank and I ended up losing the pregnancy.

Please I want to know at what stage in pregnancy, is it safe to treat vagina infections? Should I go for treatment now or wait till 2nd trimester? Please help a first time mom[/quote]

Thank God I know I’m not running mad

In the past 2 months I have left my house maybe 4 times at most. All I want to do is lie down and sleep it’s hard because sometimes everybody thinks I’m exaggerating. I’m at 11 weeks and my feet are already swelling due to lack of exercise. I have no energy to even bath sef it takes the grace of God. I just hope this stops because it’s making me moody and miserable.

People just don't want to understand, you don't have to worry if your husband understands. My MIL came for a week holiday, despite all my husband's explanation about doctor asking me to be on bed rest. I'll still prepare three square meal and she doesn't even see anything wrong with me. You just have to take care of yourself, people don't really care.

For the weakness, check with your doctor. Malaria makes it worse. The swollen feet is not a good one also, it's better you visit the hospital. Take care

When I explained to a nurse in my street she said she can't give me anything except Pectol sweet and to apply rub on my nose. That’s sciatica pain. Baby’s weight is the culprit. I had it from 7 months till I had my baby in 2018. I couldn’t walk most days. It will disappear once you “unload”. Hang in mama, you’re almost there

It’s normal I believe. It’s nearly impossible to have a flat stomach until 6 months, most women will start adding weight or at least show a little by 3-4 months. Depending on your height and weight before the pregnancy. You can’t run away from adding weight during pregnancy, I guess it’s all a blessing so don’t feel bad

Teamie we are in the same boat. I can't wear my old clothes again. My color is has even dull as in I'm no more yellow papaya . I thank God for the journey so far.

Welcome on board lovely mama. What you are feeling is perfectly normal as pregnancy comes in different packages. There is what we know as morning sickness. It means nausea in pregnancy, typically occurring in the first few months. Despite its name, the nausea can affect pregnant women at any time of day.
Morning sickness varies from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. However, most women start to feel green around the gills about halfway through the first trimester, between weeks six and eight.

Don't worry, its just a 9 month journey.
