this review will be the very first negative review out of over 70 good positive reviews we do not claim perfection but we are second to none

what are the issues with the said client
he sent in couple of links all were wrist watches but two links were discovered to be straps which he thought were watches
after we received the straps (23 pcs) ,i had to call him to verify if he actually wanted to purchase straps

he told us to return the items that he thought they were watches and we got him refund
we got refund from two different sellers
he sent in another links i had to re check and saw they were also straps

I then suggested to him some good wrist watches to buy
some of his items we already received we decided to ship them to Lagos .we got a total refund of 40k plus from the sellers
when he decided to go with my suggestion we ordered for the wist watches
video of his goods was sent to him ,he complained the video was too fast.
pictures of his goods on the scale were sent to him

I suggested to him to save him cost of paying for express that we can send through hong kong. he was so happy with that.
this morning around 5.30am i sent him a message that his goods will be sent to his location which is Onitsha.
At 7.30am i called again to tell him the goods will be coming via Young shall grow courier at the cost of 3000 naira we are talking about 3 different cartons here.
He said 3k was too high a fee to send the goods to Onitsha that if we haven't , he will ask someone to pick them up. he also complained about us sending via young shall grow courier.. goods that we duly registered

i told him to make a decision before we return the goods to the store
my worker who took goods out for local delivery had to call him,
this client also complained why someone else will call him

i had to instruct them to return the goods to the store
i really cant condole his excesses anymore though i do appreciate his patronage
you can keep calling me names that is part of the business

the decision is for you to send someone to pick up your goods from our store
