Thank you. Yh, I noticed she denied like 3 people when I was there, and then would give that fake sad look. Although she approved the VISA of an aged couple before me going for a conference, they have always been going for the conference. She didn't ask of my SOA. And although I stuttered a bit, I think I was quite confident and the interview was going well until she rejected me.

The only school with 100% scholarships to all admitted UG students in US is Berea College, Berea, Kentucky.

Others with a considerable scholarships for UG are Wichita State University, University of West Virginia, University of South Dakota (USD), Utah Valley University etc.
Make more research bro. Searching for schools is your sole responsibility. Here is more concerned with Visa issues

Apply to the schools I dropped. She should get at least 3 full rides. You should apply immediately since you already have the SAT and evaluation at hand.

These are 2 categories of visa, so the advice may not work.

The real question is what do you really wanna go do in the US with a B1 or B2?
We all know it is a tourist/visitor visa.
Is it that you want to use it to give yourself travel history or what?

Now given you were denied F1 3 times last year, do you not think it will look suspicious and put a marker on you as an intended immigrant if you now wanna go for a B1/B2?
