Tacha isn't the one behind Frodd's hatred. Don't forget Tacha is on the same table cos she's got roughly the same personality as Frodd, that is, they are both confrontational/ clearing agents. It's just that while other HM avoids Tacha, Frodd isn't fazed hence their dislike for each other.
