The former President was flown to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia in November 2009 for treatment of a heart condition.‼

But after three months in Saudi hospital, Yar’Adua was brought back to Nigeria and he remained incommunicado till his death on May 5, 2010.‼

Let's even forget the past that some dubious cabals used the office of the presidency to sign that contract. However, the GEJ administration managed to negotiate the contract and reached an agreement to pay 850k usd. Why didn't Malami act on this case all along? Why did he allow it to linger? Who pays what he doesn't understand. But this administration should have killed the case before this time though. And yes, I don't think they can paid such huge fees in economic recession. As at 2015 till now, Nigeria has been borrowing heavily to carry out her budget..... So where is the money to pay debt?

If so, does purposeful deprivation of self not stem from a personal ethical resolution. I mean self deprivation and aversion to perversion are often guided by some standards/reservations, whether external or personal.
