Great, now we're on same page. Most of these players hyped before 20, especially in England turns flop. Notice why Spain , Germany and France produce top notch players? Cos their potential stars aren't hyped unlike in England where basic things are overblown. The list of stars in England being hyped but derailed away from the greatness path is endless, that's why we need to tone it down with guen. To be sincere, what guen is doing is what most of his mates are doing even in academy in other top clubs. In as much I wouldn't want him back in the academy, but most of us will agree that he should not be a starter, but a sub or squad player. He's not doing anything exceptional, yes he's talent and have a great potential, but he's not doing anything exceptional to warrant starting. But then, the coach chooses whom he wants, so it's not his fault that he starts games. He has his fault, thank goodness he's working on them little by little.
