Great, now we're on same page. Most of these players hyped before 20, especially in England turns flop. Notice why Spain , Germany and France produce top notch players? Cos their potential stars aren't hyped unlike in England where basic things are overblown. The list of stars in England being hyped but derailed away from the greatness path is endless, that's why we need to tone it down with guen. To be sincere, what guen is doing is what most of his mates are doing even in academy in other top clubs. In as much I wouldn't want him back in the academy, but most of us will agree that he should not be a starter, but a sub or squad player. He's not doing anything exceptional, yes he's talent and have a great potential, but he's not doing anything exceptional to warrant starting. But then, the coach chooses whom he wants, so it's not his fault that he starts games. He has his fault, thank goodness he's working on them little by little.

Personally, I would prefer a big tall mobile man in the middle, but considering what we've got, only Torreira looks more convincing, he can drag or even bettered Xhaka if allowed to compete.

Yes you are right, a team of Arsenal's standard shouldn't have Guendozi, Niles,Willock,Neslon,Martineli and many other youngsters on their starting 11. they do not have the CV yet..but considering what we've seen from some of them even in big games and the calibre of average,weak,soft,erratic and Old players we paraded,the youngsters have shown they can fight and compete with some of this seniors.

I repeat, I would prefer Thomas Partey or Doucoure to all the short and softies in our middle, Guen will not near first 11 in that case, but with current options in our middle, he can compete with them.

Yeah. I'm against guen going into academy, everyone knows he's surpassed that level. What I feel is that he should be rotating with xhaka. I have no ill feelings over guen tho, and I'm really happy he's improving by the day.
