A Lesson plan is a drawing of the steps/actions through which a teacher expects to deliver a lesson in order to attain the objectives of the lesson without unwanted details. It describes how the lesson will be taught,listing any material to be needed. It states how the students will be assessed,whether a formal discussion or test or assignment.
Lesson note on the other hand is the detailed explanation of the steps/actions or a reminder of what a teacher should do

Diphthong is a Greek word which means “double sound”. The articulation of diphthongs involves a glide from one vowel quality to the other. A diphthong is therefore a vowel which changes its quality in the process of its articulation.
