I can swear to it that Nigerians in south Africa are majorly into Fraud and drugs. I didn't read it. I know it with facts.

If they accuse us of such, they are actually saying the truth,
and we ought to cover our face in shame and return home for always embarrassing ourselves everywhere we go.

South Africa is not same as Nigeria where a state will be arrogantly claimed by another set of people from a far different region.

South Africans are lazy and Nigerians have seized the chance to snatch people's girls and wives.

Lovely.
you see this your last sentence just became top of my rank on the use of the words "lazy, Nigerians, snatch, girls and wives" these words just don't mix.

So killing Nigerians, looting and destroying their properties is the solution?

Why not arrest and convict them of the said crimes?

If you have worked abroad, or if you have a family member working abroad, you won't be talking like this...

The truth is that Africans harbor so much hate, that's why the continent lacks progress

Well it might be true or they actually right because most young Nigerian guys go there for fraud sad but that doesnt warrant them to killing innocent people and destroying their businesses lipsrsealed cos if they were into traud they wouldn't be on the street hustling or having a legitimate business angry if that's the case then they should come get their stupid company out of here pls undecided
What do you expect when same South Africans ( although not all) patronize drugs from foreigners or were they forced to buy it?

Hmm! What a shame. Imagine this happening to many other Nigerians who have fled to other foreign countries in efforts to escape from our bad leadership at home here. Nigerian system of governance isn't just working that one thing at the root of our desperation to flee home so desperately to other countries in search of greener pastures. As things stand now there isn't even any flicker of hope that things are beginning to improve.

The aspect of selling drugs, human trafficking and selling fake products is obviously connected to the same people that have flooded Nigeria market with fake products. I didn't mention any tribe but we know they came from South East of Nigeria.
You just mentioned a tribe from that region indirectly

Majority of those on here always trying to pitch Nigerians against themselves, are often not even Nigerians. Imagine the monstrosity of such intentions. Yet Nigerians want to call such creatures Brothers, want to call some spear chucker Zulu in some far flung corner of Africa, "Fellow Africans" in some misguided attempt at forging kinship. Yet, those of you that are actually Nigerians, at verbal conflict with one another, can't unite. First, call your next door Igbo, Houser and Ijaw man your fellow Nigerians before imbracing some soot-faced Ghana individuals fellow Africans. Tuffiakwa, may the earth swallow me if I call a South African in fellowship.

Nobody chose the tribe they where born into. It is God's doing. To mock it, is to mock God. So be careful with that. Don't let your dislike or feeling to retailate abuses on your tribe by others push you to lose your humanity. Don't laugh at the calamity of other tribes, even if they had laughed at the calamity others before. God is watching. Those who laugh at the calamity of others may later find themselves experiencing the same calamity. You might want to trade abuses etc to defend your tribe or return an insult, but please do so with conscience. Let us be good, so that good things can happen to us.

I always laugh when I hear black Americans talk about Pan Africanism when in reality Africans hate themselves and segregate themselves based on their tribes and nation.

Nigerians are actually not the major victims of South Africas Xenophobic attacks but the other Africans like Somalians, Zimbabweans, other people from the SADEC region.

I'm shocked that angst got to page four!
I'm surprised because I read the same actions on NL every single day.
For effect, I'll use the language of NL and superimpose on this story...

... The South Africans are accommodating! They developed their land space before these other Africans came! Their land is not "no man's land"! These other Africans are thieves and robbers! They only sell drugs and 'gala'! They are all into crime! They should leave!
As usual, it is forgotten that there's this oil revenue shared every month. It's forgotten that Lagos is Nigeria's main gateway by air, sea or land. It's forgotten that businesses have thrived here since before the civil war, built by hands from all across Nigeria.
Like Nigeria, like Africa.
Are you ready for change?

Classic Afonja.

MTN, Stabic Bank, Eskom Nigeria, Multichoice, PEP, Protea hotels, Shoprite etc (there are more than 100 SA companies in Nigeria) and they make billions of dollars from Nigeria yearly and they send it home.....If Nigerians should leave SA, then ALL SA companies in Nigeria should shit down as well.

'"I can swear to it that Nigerians in south Africa are majorly into Fraud and drugs.""

U are bereft of any reasoning. Classic Afonja tales, sitting down in Ogbomosho and making statements about locations u have NEVER visited.

As for Lagos, Its a no man's land, u can die if it pains u too much

It's very unfortunate, the reason that those stupid vagabonds gave as why they're attacking foreigners include: selling of fake drugs, hard drugs, taking over their jobs and many people moving into their country in millions. That is not enough reason for you to attack an innocent person, all the social vices listed above may be true but they are solving it the wrong way, there is nowhere in the world that sitizens are allowed to take law into their hands when they have government. In some parts of Asian countries illicit drugs dealing attract death sentence or life imprisonment, they can sponsor a bill or encourage their lawmakers to make a law that attract serious punishment for anyone caught peddling hard drugs. That will help minimize the indiscriminate drugs circulation in the country, they need to be very careful with how they treat other Africa countries because their economy may be okay today, but they don't know when they will need the help of those countries they are killing and pursuing.

It's xenophobic activities that landed Mandela in jail and they made us believe he was a hero. To me Mandela was a terrorist.
If not for African nations that helped them, Mandela would have died in jail.

The business like MTN, DSTV, Shoprite etc we thought are own by South African are actually own by the White South Africans.
They can't succefully do business in their country let alone going out.
The black South Africans are more than lazy.
They are fighting all subsahara Africans, Nigerians are not their problem

Mandela asked for equality, Not an exit of foreigners (The white apartheid regime).
