As absurd as it sounds,it's plausible.
I think Buhari has this impression,well founded,that Ibos hate him,even prior to 2015,so he's got this attitude of 'if it's strictly an Ibo matter or lives involved,they should sort themselves out,since they feel they can do things themselves'.When he now feels the Ibos are overwhelmed and are now calling out the government,he now inwardly gloats,as if saying,'thought the war mongers said they could solve their problems without the Nigerian government,see them now begging for help'.
It's a mentality that cannot be explained,only to say it comes from a human being with hate and bigotry built within him,right from his formative years.Now advanced in age,he cannot put aside his bigotry or remember he was voted in,no matter how lopsided,to oversee the Nigerian nation,not a particular ethnic or religious group.

Reno Omokri is wrong for his outburst and his criticism is not only subjective but divisive.
We all know Buhari is slower than snail in taking necessary action. And his insensitivity to issues of national interests are too obvious to ignore.
