DSTv has announced that its call centre numbers are now unavailable, due to retaliation from Nigerians targeted at South African businesses today. This is as a result of the xenophobic attacks yesterday. What next for these businesses?

So despite the ongoing onslaught against Nigerians resident in SA, this one is still interested in dstv.

I think any investment related to SA should be shut down for now till further notice.

Nonsense and ingredients.

sad This is why i love Islam even though I'm a born again Christian. Muslims are respected worldwide while we Christians are subjected to xenophobic attacks due to our preference for crimes and drug trafficking. We really need to change our ways as Christians if we want the world to take us serious like our Muslim counterparts sad

This Xenophobia issus is something the Federal government should have nipped in the bud years ago before it turn huge and bad like this.
They all kept mute cos they were busy milking our country dry and collecting taxes in billions of dollars from the south African businesses here.
With majority of them buying shares worth BILLIONS in these same South African companies, which they are still enjoying up till now!
And they all ran down the Nigerian companies that came as a competitor to them (HiTv et al......)

While the politicians have brainwashed some foolish masses on TRIBALISM matter.
You hate your fellow countrymen and expect foreigners not to hate you.
Hypocrites everywhere!

I have been following this xenophobic news since morning without saying a thing, but its time to speak.
Our government is useless.
Do you know that we are the only country that enjoys Dstv withoutPAY per VIEW? Do you know that we pay the highest compared to other countries to enjoy mtn connections and Dstv subscription despite the fact that we are their highest patronisers. Only one thing can make them react. Go to any south African owned business nearest to u, mobilize as much ppl as u can, put it on fire, n don't let the fire go down; then our govt will start taking us seriously because the only reason they have turned a blind eyes to all these is because they do not want to stop enjoying previledges like tax n other things from the SA businesses. This is the time that we should come together in unism and teach this leprous govt that the real power lies in the hands of the people.
