nice thinking bro...but consider question 8, on the last row; moving anti-clock-wisely doesn't seem to address the question

For progress 3, you should analyze it vertically. The answer should be the alternative 4.


You will observe that for first rows, you have arrows facing the same direction, the second arrows in the same row have two facing the same direction and one in an opposite direction, while the third arrows in the same row you have equal two arrows facing the same direction and one in a reverse.

This rule applies to the three rows

I think it does for the second arrow on prog 8, 3 times anticlockwise OR 5 times clockwise, you get the same answer
