fuel consumption is perfect( p0420 catalyst code must not be present), much more better than it ever was,. The only disadvantage is car will start sounding like a drone when you speed over 80km/hr

I am also at crossroads in choosing the 05 vibe or matrix... A friend advised I go for the pontiac because it is balanced and swift in movement more than the matrix.. Dont know how true this is..

Your friend is talking nonsense. Vibe and Matrix are one in samething, same Engine, same leg works difference is badge and outward appearance.

The vibe exterior body parts are expensive compared to the matrix.

Besides matrix itself has several types and trim, XR, XRS, 4WD, you don't expect the 4WD matrix to drive same as a FWD Matrix.

Then Engines in those vehicles are like 6 or more depending on where the vehicle is coming from, trim it is and what year it was made (pre-facelift or facelift) so no two Engines would have same output eventually 2 identical vehicles won't give same performance because identity isn't only in exterior outlook.

Acura ZDX is more expensive to buy and maintain, parts are scarce, it takes more fuel than RX350 2010. RX350 is more refined and comfortable and softer, and also more practical and more economical, parts are cheaper and more available than ZDX.

@perryy, thanks for the reply but we have opened the fuel tank there wasn't trace of water the filter was slightly dirty but was cleaned thoroughly yet the issue persisted. I'm confused.
