As school resumes. I got an offline to drop 3kids that lives in my compound off their school and back. 7:30/4pm.
Parents say they'd pay 40k monthly. But deal doesn't sound well with me for the following reason.

1. It will disturb my 5am morning runs.
2. What about when I'm not closed to their vicinity after close hour?
3. The mum said she'll go with them a few days because one of the kid is still very young. (1/5mnths). This means I'll bring her back before going my way.
4. The mum might want to stop stop and buy buy on the way as we journey to/from school.
5. 40k is not a big pay for such duty because the children school bus, they were paying 68k per child when it was just two of the kids in the school tho.
6. Uber/Bolt distance for the trip is 800. Hence to and fro for one month is 32k.

Now I don't know how to handle this. I haven't responded to their deal yet. Told them I'll get back to them.
How una see am? Because like this.... Local man cannot can.

Don't take the deal, it will disorganize you and affect your online earnings massively plus you'll burn more fuel driving empty to pick them up. Overall this type of commitment will frustrate you in the end except the location of their school is a hot spot

I once tried this type of arraignment only me carry my leg run even leave the ones I work for them, in most cases it's not worth it.
After that I also got another but I simply told the man I have clients that may want to use my services from time to time, he was offering 50k per month.
It's big money to him but me knows if I do plus and minus at the end of the day it won't make sense and if I tell him to pay 80k he won't agree.
It affects how you work, unless they are ready to pay better money.
Another thing I will also suggest for you is to negotiate for weekly payments, when they brake it that way they will by themselves see the money is not that big as they may thought.

Do your best and leave the rest...

Even on short trips of less than N500, i occasionally say thank you to the paying rider..

i too have now and then told some riders, when they complain about the fare, that with the level of comfort that they are getting the fare is more than reasonable, no yellow cab operator would collect such a low fare (it actually takes the grace of God to keep my annoyance from showing). Imagine picking someone with wife and kids from international airport (with luggage) and dropping them off at Anthony for less than N1,000.., When i told them the fare, they were surprised and told me to keep the change grin.

In all things let us be thankful!

If you don't ask me to start trip, won't on the AC.

If you talk to me in a rude way, else, i change am for u straight.

If you talk to me in a rude manner on phone, i ask u to cancel ur request.

I don't start convo while driving, cos i don't need any distractions and not ready kiss anyone's ass cos of 5 star ratings.

That ain't a good deal boss, move on... That is how one rider thinks she is doing me a favour. She will call me a day before and tell me she is going to Ikeja, she can only pay 2000/2500 because she is just comfort with me driving her... Ohk ma, time? 11am, and she may end up extending it to 12 with can you come back to pick me around 6. I try the stuff for couple of times and start using her as emergency tool, if she's going my way, I use her to k*all 2 birds. I can't keep allowing ppl to spoil my movement for me thinking they r helping me.

Didn't see that coming! Glad you got it solved. This is why I avoid remote diagnoses. That one is going into the wtf book. There is no reason why a fuse should cause belt burn. Did someone named Kamoru work on your car previously grin

As i just look back seat, i saw a wrist watch, i say God don catch una.

The wristwatch ended inside the canal at Bisola Durosimi Etti Drive.

Next morning, the fool called me and said did i find any wristwatch inside my vehicle?

Have seen nothing.

Why throw someone's watch because they rated you one star?

What if they don't know how to rate?

I've carried someone who thanked me for my service, tipped me and still gave me one star. I shouted but he had already submitted it. He apologized and we both were cool

Office Location: 3-9 Olu Koleosho Street, Off Medical Road, Ikeja, Lagos

WHY DOES YOUR CAR NEED MYMOTO TRACKER

(1) Security: While anti-theft systems like push-buttons before car start, gear lock, pedal locks etc… are good, ONLY A TRACKING SYSTEM LIKE OURS ALLOWS YOU TO RECOVER (AND ALSO PROTECT) YOUR VEHICLE IF YOUR CAR IS HIJACKED FROM YOU WHILE DRIVING. Our trackers are both anti-theft and recovery in nature. e.g. You should shutdown your car before you sleep at night or park in a public space. Whenever you need to start the car, you enable it also.

(2) Remote Monitoring: GPS Security trackers allows you to monitor your vehicle location remotely from your phone. You are able to view your car’s location in real time (from our IOS/ANDROID APPS).

(3) Vehicle History: Through our online platform (IOS/ANDROID APPS) , you can view where your car had been between DAY X and DAY Y. A plot is shown on a map showing your car’s movement over this period of time.

(4) Remotely Stop Your Car: With our security GPS tracker, you are able to stop your car from ANY PHONE with an sms command. This function can also be carried out through our online platforms.

(5) Geo-Fencing Alarm:If your car goes beyond set a radius (or multi-point), say Lagos, you will be notified by sms.

(6) Other alarms (Over-speed Alarm, Ignition On Alarm, Low Battery Alarm ): Over-speed alarms notifies you via sms when your car goes beyond a particular speed. Ignition on notifies you WHENEVER your car is started. Low Battery Alarm lets you know when your car battery is low.

(7) Daily Mileage report (online platform): Daily mileage report shows you a daily chart (in KM) of your car.

We have heard of one or two expereience of how clients were able to recover their vehicles BECAUSE THEY HAD A TRACKER INSTALLED IN IT. We will be sharing some of them with you based on TRUE LIFE EXPERIENCES.

If you have had personal experiences also, kindly share with us.

WE STILL INSTALL THE MOST AFFORDABLE TRACKERS AROUND STARTING FROM 25K (VARIES WITH CAR MODEL).

WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT OFFERS FREE LIFETIME ACCESS TO OUR ONLINE PLATFORMS FOR MONITORING/STOPpING YOUR CAR.

YOU'VE SPENT QUITE MUCH TO ACQUIRE YOUR CAR, SECURE IT WITH A TRACKER. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY

Story 1
During one of our installs, the client shared with us how Mr Ayo (not his real name) borrowed his brothers car, and waylaid in the night somewhere in Lagos. Unknown to the thieves, the car had a tracker in it. That same night they tracked the vehicle to a military baracks (apparenntly the thieves had accomplices with military connections). They went with the police and they were able to recover the car (THE DEMOBILIZE FUNCTION OF THE TRACKER WAS USED TO ENSURE THE CAR DID NOT MOVE UNTIL THEY GOT TO THAT LOCATION)...

Story 2
Mr Bayo was bout entering his car in the night somewhere in Lagos when he was attacked. He immediately used his phone to demobilize the car some minutes after they had zoomed away with the car. The thieves ran away when they discovered the car wasn't strating again. The car was tracked to Ajah. Apparently the thieves ran away in fear with the keys of the car grin
