So today after work, I decided to withdraw a little cash from the ATM. Being a Polaris Bank customer, I first tried withdrawing from their automated teller machine but it didn't dispense. I went to GTBANK ATM to withdraw. The machine showed "ISSUE OR SWITCH INOPERATIVE ". Few minutes later my bank debited me though I didn't get the cash from the ATM. How will I get my money back? Any ideas, please? If I go to the customer service tomorrow will they be able to resolve it soon. Thanks. Cc Lalasticlala |

Johnxyz: Yes go to your bank fill a dispense error form, go with the ATM card as well. But first check your balance tomorrow morning before you approach you Bank CC because it may reverse back to your account before tomorrow. |
