Dino is very popular in Kogi and more popular amongs PDP. Shocking, his popularity could only earned him 70 votes in Kogi PDP.

the merging between first and second is less than missing vote, that is 748-710=38 and (missing vote is 247) it should be an inconclusive!!!!!!
