According eye witness, she said at initial time 3 kids were stealing fuel how come it cut fire,maybe someone put fire in the tanker.

So many will be spending their night on Lagos/Ibadan expressway this night. Someone drove for 2hrs just from the beginning to the end of long bridge on the expressway passing the service lane. I pity those still on the road now and will still go to work by 5am tomorrow.
