Good evening everyone, is it possible to add additional credential to WES after submitting and making payment? I want to start the UNILAG HRDC program which will take about 7 months from now, can I start my WES now or is it advisable to wait till the end of the program? |

enfash03:Yes, your OND and HND is enough to claim two or more certificates. Just register for IELTS if you haven’t, pass and dive into the pool, you don’t have a problem. |

In the spirit of giving back and optimism. I asked a question about possible refund of the extra charge access bank deducted from an account i used to pay rprf. @ednut1 decided to insult me that i was crying over split milk;i had to go check his moniker and saw that he posed head down in his display picture and m like no wonderrrrrr. So,i kept mute till i got the refund. I asked the question because i once read on this thread that access bank deducts some extra amount and would then refund later;needed to be double sure because whatever it takes to cut cost legitimately in this journery is worth it. I donot blame whoever said i cried over split milk because he apparently didnt spend about 45k to get a newborn baby's passport which ordinarily cost 15k as at then. Inshort,i got a refund of 8,900naira. Thanks to those who encouraged me. I recall someone said ednut1 should just wish me luck etc. Thanks to the pessimist and optimist. However,it is important to note that studying the thread, being optimistic and prudent goes a long way in this journey.#lovenothate 36 Likes |

Vincentosa:Okay, I'll be a bit blunt though. Your age and Marital Status would drastically reduce ur CRS despite having years of experience and having multiple degrees. Your Spouse on the other hand is in the "catchment" age but has a small experience quotient and limited number of degrees. My advice is, play with the CRS calculator. You can simulate scores for both your self and wife in multiple ways as you deem fit. Since you are in the tech industry, u may get nominated for PNP too. Infact that would really guarantee you an ITA. You'll still need to do alot of personal research to guide u. However, if you calmly read through this thread, you will understand in no time. 5 Likes |

Damdad: Yes you can. My husband and I received a gift deed from my mother in law, my hubby was d PA. The money was sent to my account, I made the transfer to his account (with the money we already had). We submitted the gift deed saying that my mother in law was giving us the money(both our names stated) and we could use it as we pleased. We also submitted my bank statement highlighting the monies I transferred to hubby and also a letter explaining the finances We got our ppr in july I hope this helps 10 Likes 5 Shares |

ednut1:Oh! Thanks,i will gladly add it. Subtract it from yours and get your application rejected. Or your own nigerian university never used etranzact? If you had removed 8,900,would you have been able to pay? . Kindly, get off my mention. Btw,that is not petty fraud. Omugo lo n se e. 12 Likes |

I have a question guys. What if my only proof of a 3year work from 2011-2014 before I left for Canada was paid only with cash. I can only get a job letter but is this enough? No bank statements, no payslip. I intend adding an explanation letter. Is there any suggestions at all or is this okay? And please can someone send a sample detailed offer letter to me so I can send to my HR to use as reference. Thanks Udahchidi@gmail.com Still waiting for response guys |

Hello @stencil, @ladymarshall, @johnnybravo1990 I would like to ask about POF. In the case where POF is in a spouse's MMF account (which from here I have learnt that a letter of authorization that says I have access to the funds is required), do I (PA) still need to include my statement of account? |

Good people, I would like to request for a reference letter from my previous employer while I await an ITA. I was told that it could take months to get them to sign the letter. Please guys, how should the reference letter be addressed (I want to send him a template). I saw the below on page 1 but then, someone advised that it should be "Case Processing Center" and not "Centralized Intake Office". Please advise me. Immigrations, Refugees and Canada Centralized Intake Office Sydney, Nova Scotia And again, will the letter be valid irrespective of the date it carries since I no longer work there? For example, if the letter is dated today and ITA comes next month.. |
For Unilag Dli graduate wanting to do ECA, I would advise you avoid using WES and try other credential assessment body because apart from assessing your WAEC/NECO, WES would accept your transcript, ask for verification and later ask for a resend of your transcript claiming its incomplete (usually due to Unilag Dli course code for few 100 level courses that starts with 2 and some elective or zero unit courses promoting the school to do separate letters to be sent via courier) In all you are made to pay N25,000 twice (N50,000) Or insist they do the additional letter at the first instance of sending your transcript since it's been a reoccurrence with WES. My assessment with WES is still on hold since March 19 2019 I requested for transcript. Hope to complete soon and hope this will assist others 3 Likes 2 Shares |

For anyone expecting VFS to send you a message "your passport is ready for pick up" you go wait tire! Instead you'll get "your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office". See attachment. 3 Likes
