Professor Philip 0zuah, an Igbo man with Biafran instinct, was alleged to have rejected ministerial appointment offer from President Muhammadu Buhari. The professor was said to have "totally declined to be Health Minister in Nigeria, stating that there is much corruption in the country" Professor Ozuah is also said to own a hospital in the US whose annual budget is $13 billion.
