PNP route. *Alberta, free but they will select you from the pool if you indicate your interest(the chances depends highly on your NOC) *Ontario-the most expensive PNP route. 1500Cad All other provinces are either dependent on relatives or jobs that are LIMA approved *PEI-if selected through Expression of Interest pool, you would pay 300cad at some point. *Quebec- not like the rest but highly dependent on French, infact the POF is 3-3.5 m for a family of five to be available to them for 3 months on arrival 3. TEF- if you are desperately determined enough to learn a new language All the best 10 Likes 1 Share |

Sarang: This journey is a test of all kinds of things in each applicant. For some humility, others- extraordinary patience, some- creativity, In some, it's mending broken relationships, and others knowing who your true friend and your close family in sheep's clothing is. For some its not all their family members that are happy that they have this opportunity and want to explore it. This whole Canny journey has been a test of different things to all kinds of people. Imagine, having to learn French from scratch which would not have been done if this journey hadn't been determined by the applicant. I am saying all these to tell you that you have to unlock your creativity to prove your ties to the company for CIC to believe you. That's the basis to all the documents we have to submit. Since you know your self best and what you have at your disposal, think about how you can prove it. What formal documents do you have that shows ties to the company, it doesn't matter even if it's a query letter. The organisation I work for would not even do such for me but my grace is that my letter of employment states all CIC requirements and I will submit my id card and pay slips as the evidence that I am still there. And if they want more proof, I will show them letters bearing my name on different assignments. The key is to show evidence that you have ties with them. Creativity is also printing out you JD and notorizing it with other evidence and also giving a heartfelt explanation as to why they didn't give you the letter. It is well with us all on this journey. 23 Likes |

For everyone embarking on this journey, please let me say this, if you have maxed out all the parameters on the CRS calculator and realised that your chances are slim or below, the best option is to be searching for alternatives so that you would not put your hope only on the Express entry program while months are going by. The best is to be in the pool with the score while the running the next factor that will increase your score, like learning French. May our efforts be rewarded. 19 Likes |

Hi guys, please I would appreciate some clarification o these; If you studied law and worked for a while as a lawyer and then worked in a government job, education department precisely for 6 years and now work as a lawyer. Can you use an education NOC? Is it true once you chose a NOC you can't change it? |

Sarang:Hey Sarang, what exactly do you mean by document? All you need from him is a reference letter stating that you worked in the role you want to claim experience for. That shouldn’t be too much of a big deal for him or her. If he/she accepts, you can draft it, then let him/her print on the company’s letter head and sign. And if he/she is not willing, you may have to write it yourself and get it notarized and also show evidence that you requested and he refused, make sure you communicate with your former boss via email so you can print it as an evidence and then you can support with a letter of explanation. But why wouldn’t he/she give you a letter stating you worked there though? 2 Likes 1 Share |

Please, my good people, I need help in few areas: 1. I have a UK BSc degree. But before the degree, I did one year Diploma, before progressing with the BSc that took another 3 years. Can I for this, safely claim “two or more certificates”, since this is the option that guarantees a CRS score that can fetch me ITA asap? The Diploma and the BSc have been verified by WES. 2. What is the consequence of one’s application being rejected? Does it mean, you can’t apply again? Or, is there a duration for which you will remain ineligible to apply? 1 Like |

McMason:1- try and evaluate it to know the outcome 2- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=023&top=4 for minor issues like wrong noc match, mistakes etc that are not offences you can reapply. But for things like fake bank statement, forged work experience and other fraudulent things you get a 5 years ban 1 Like |
