Cuteimma1: The thing is, the more you work, the more faster you becomes. I remembered when I started newly, I lost so many calls just because I couldn't finish within the allocated time. Sometimes when I'm having 2mins left and I'm still editing, I will just intentionally submit it like that and then wait for a redo. But these days, I usually have about 1 hr, 30 minutes or more whenever I'm submitting a call. That way, I have been able to work on more calls without spending all my day at QA.
