Reimbursements, I believe are not necessarily based on CV or solely on cbt... but on what you wrote on the reimbursement form you filled. Now naturally, your location of cbt is usually like a safe point for you probably your residential location. However, if you had written something different from that, you should or would have been paid based on what you wrote.

I also wanted to state that those who previously assumed that nairaland cannot be used as a sample size as a result of turnouts of event all got it wrong. We all see that most dates that received TF have been represented here and even more represented are hopefuls of APL considering the Traffic today. So the awareness is massive.

Another pending issue is about the monday payments.... well, yes, notification of successful candidates are around the corner (no citation), given that EH was paid last week (Monday) which I believed GT's would have followed suit same week but for the untimely death of the organisation's staff which I also believed called for the delay and mourning. Significantly, payments resumed Friday and hopefully would be concluded today (Monday again) or tomorrow for 5th.

Well as a fail safe, EMS has reiterated that if these tentative dates are not realistic, notifications should not exceed this week. And if it does, should not escape this month.

My advice, Go about your normal business, and think straight because if you were destined to be there, you would be no matter how your village people fight it.

I have no inclination to it for the simple fact that it is too specific and coming like 3 weeks before that date. Coming like 3 weeks before that date, you hardly find an organization that specific in such matters - when it's not World Cup match days. What you tend to see is "week". "In the next 3 weeks", "By the second week of September", "By mid-September" etc. Exact date becomes decided only very few days to the day, hardly 3 weeks in advance. Another reason I'm sceptical of that date is the fact that if there was such an exact date, it would have been leaked by at least one other source.

Ultimately, I can be wrong. Just an opinion formed from experience and observations, not something cast in stone.

.. I travelled for an emergency and I've been extremely busy. I won't come online unless I have an update again. APL is coming this week TF payments are being sent out very quickly. So hopefully they finish today or latest tomorrow. So we can smile fast.

I believe u have a good source but it seems like u are over hyping it, instead of giving a particular date u should have gave a time frame, coz this is a government corporation nothing is cast in stone.

I am in Abuja airport currently on my way to Maiduguri with a 12:30pm flight to catch. On the check-in queue and I noticed a familiar face. I knew it had to with NNPC. That was my interview panel chairman, 10th July, Panel 23. GT Accounting. We exchanged greetings and even before I asked, he said and I quote "Is your result out yet?". I replied no, we were hoping it would be out this week, any info sir?. He said he doesn't have any info regarding the recruitment, that even for them NNPC staff, they don't know what is happening. His role was just to conduct the interviews and he wished me luck. He couldn't even assure me if it would be out this September.
