Those who bought bank PHB, intercontinental, Oceanic, Sky etc where is the part of the company they bought?

Congratulations on your entry. I am a proponent of buying at any time and subscribe to averaging up and down, however, the present condition does not support former, I would look to average up between January and February and exit in March April.
