Yes, this is a public forum accessible to anyone with an Internet connection, including scammers. But there are genuine people who need help and genuine people willing to help.
Don't throw away the baby with the bath water. You can caution but not lumping everyone in the same category.

I did my own at uniben faculty of law, Notary officer is there, but no specific amount it's all depends on ur bargaining skills or if you stay close to sapele road you can take it to high court

Remember, you don't certify the original. what you certify is the photocopies. You only go with the original for sighting. sometimes, they don't even look at it.

They don't book appointment online like we do in Nigeria. You have to call them/mail them and make inquiries.
Again, if you don't have residence permit in Benin Republic, don't waste your time, they won't answer you. Somebody tried it in the previous part of this thread and it didn't work out.
