Meanwhile, it doesn't matter if they are "complaining" to us (perhaps they are too ignorant to realize that they should complain - beginning with their (s)elected rulers). Fact is, we do not want to pick up their bills under the so-called Social Investment Program. We do not want 123 (or more) of them rushing down in cattle trailers to our neighbourhoods with no visible means of livelihood except for some substandard Okada motorcycles (without even helmets) . Worse, we do not want them becoming the next Boko Haram recruits. So we not only have a mutual-interest but also a self-interest in the material BETTERMENT of their lives, even if they are too ignorant to do push for it themselves.
