Havard is the oldest University in the world but it was ranked 7th this year and was surpassed by about three younger universities in the states..

Old universities like UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE finds its hard to always make it among too ten globally (I doubt if it has ever made it to top 20)

University of Lagos was ranked higher than University of Nigeria but university of Nigeria is the se cond oldest here..

This is to make you understand that date of establishment does no influence anything, it's the quality of education you deliver that matters
