Sad part is I actually like the ARA 2 and i have praised the remarkable progress Proforce and the whole Nigerian defence industry has made in only a few years.

it is highly irrational to compete those two institution. ranking simply those not mean it is the best. it only create a temporal and artificial hierarchy.. so every institution with her methodology. check out the ranking of the list of young university by same ranking body to get the picture of what i am saying. old university tends to have stronger reputation, financial endowment and are highly cited. Ludwig maximialian uni in Germany is never rated in top five of any ranking body. but anybody who have stayed enough in Europe will place her beside Oxford and Harvard base on influence and authority . it is even easier to buy position this days , Saudi uni was caught exchanging 2 million dollar for a ranking institution to be placed in a favourable position. the whole system is shambolic now. money determine.


it is true that being older simply does not determine quality, but at times ,it determine prestige. You cant compare Nabteb exams qualification to waec. no matter how Nabteb structure her exams. i doubt if covenant will even accept it.
