Good day I was denied a Canada study visa based on this reason I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment Please how can I respond to this situation if I want to reapply |

Naturally, it depends on your school fees. Will 7 million be enough to pay your first year school fees + 10k CAD for upkeep? GodBigT: 1 Like |

My little input, u see all those ones that won't comment here and go inbox to familiarize with u? Fear them, they are the real threats not even likes of justmellow. In as much as we r trying to be one big family here, u should also be careful, we share a lot of sensitive information like account balance here, be careful who get close with, some are here just hunting for preys, na naija we dy na, scammers go dy, just be careful relating outside this forum, shine ur eyes. 5 Likes |

Good morning house , i just joined this thread and i have a positive feeling that it is going to help me . i got an admission for january 2020 in a university in canada , the school fees is 17k with the 10k estimated expenses. i have paid $1600 acceptance fee . My major challenge is the statement of account , my dad believe so much in properties than keeping money in his account , so for the past months or years there hasnt been cash flow in his account, he is ready to get the whole fee that will cover my study but wont it raise flag if he deposits the money and few days or weeks he prints it out for me . please i need advice on how i can go about this . |

Omonoba1981: I submitted it at the Canada visa application centre myself. Yes, this is my first application and I did online application. It took exactly 12wks to get final decision. |

felphenix:Then your application is almost 90%. Just relax. You should get an update as soon as possible. Infact dust your passport and get ready to submit it for stamping. Please dont withdraw. You have come too far to pull out. My thought though. You still have the final decision to make. 1 Like |

makano: I really do not see anything vague or derail in his career path because project management entails a lot and one with that can handle any work or business in any sector. But like you said, a convincing SOP will do him good and clear the doubt. My opinion thou. 1 Like |

tofbus:As long as he explains the source of the money, you have no problem. Let him explain why the lump sum and show proof of it and you will be good to go. He should also explain he believes more in investing in real estate (he should show proof of the investments he has by showing C of O of properties, rental agreement with tenants of those properties etc) |

makano:i studied geology bro, there is a course about mineral resources in geology called economic geology and they are the same just different name. geological engineering is related to mineral resources in terms of mine survey and lithium blah blah exploitation with their relative rock and soil sciences. and there is geological project manager as a Job. but i think he should focus on getting admission for Gis in a college and he can then switch once visa is out. |

felphenix: Hello Felphenix, It would be advisble not to withdraw your application. It will be better if you defer your admission if your resumption date is close. It makes no sense withdrawing an application that has medicals passed whether upfront or upon request because at this stage any thing could happen irrespective of the delay. My advise: 1. Request foe your gcms notes (to know what's going on) 2. Keep sending emails and CSE to Nairobi. 3. Don't seek for a refund or withdraw your application, rather defer your admission and patiently wait for IRCC to get back to you. Good luck! |

JummyFash: Hello JummyFash, I didn't advertise anything on this thread, it was done on my private space without persuasion. This is a case of two sides to a coin and opinionated differences. Hope we can just move pass this. |

GodBigT: Hello GodBigT, The bigger question is: 1. Who is your sponsor or are you self-sponsor 2. How much is your tuition fees 3. What's the duration of your program 4. How do you intend to show your LE 5. Is there a stable source of income/funds 6. The number of dependents of sponsor Thus, in general assessment, the 7m won't be convincingly sufficient. Good luck! |

Omonoba1981: Hello Omonoba1981, Your uncle can use his younger brother to drop his PP at the Vfs but he should go with the print out of collection slip/paper/document, his photocopied PP bio-data page, and a written consent letter. After the drop-off, he will pay for a return courier service to any destination because nobody will be allowed to pick it on his behalf once the counterfoil has been appended. All the best! |

oyukuwife: Hello Oyukuwife, There are countless successful applicants. But in doing this, first consider or assess the following: 1. The available finance (to cover a family's expenses) 2. Having a strong home ties (to compel a return) 3. Other criteria/requirements of IRCC that should be satisfied After this assessment, then you can have the opinion or assumption if the application would scale through or not, if not, a single application should first be considered. Good luck! |

Biot34: Hello Biot34, This can also come from the part of ones sponsor (if you used one). How did you demonstrate your level of establishment, the economic prospects of your intended course, and how stable is your source of income/employment - how did you show all this to connect and prove that your economic establishment is solid. You should try to critique this area unbiased. BTW if you not in haste to reapply, you can request for your notes to see if there are any additional raised concerns. Good luck! 1 Like |

dubajek:the best is while looking for schools, avoid London and check on other parts in the UK like sheffield, nottingham, manchester etc. even tho the school fees is low. healthcare, visa fee and return flight should be clicking 700k depending on the type of visa u want ranging from normal to super priority or so. remember course and placement year(co-op) matters a lot. |
