That is the best thing about uber. There is a RECORD. If I forget something in the car, I can track them down. If I cheat, I can be identified. A pattern can be established for drivers and riders.

I am sure this is not this guys first time.

He got the rider because he is on ubers platform. The rider did not call him personally. The rider used the uber app.

LOL, this doesn't hold water. It is his car, he can decline an trip if he wants to and a driver declining a trio isn't a crime. Rider can't forcefully stay in a car once a trip is declined. The nest move is to respectfully come out of the car and go elsewhere. Uber itself doesn't mandate drivers to take every ride. There are several reasons u can decline a trip; if a rider poses a threats to you, if the roads to the destination are bad, if there are disagreements. Uber doesn't mandate you to take all trips.

Drivers and car owners are partners with Ubers; they buy the cars with their money andtake the cars to the platform. They have always have right to reject every trip.


Many of you don't even know how this uber/bolt thing work. That's why riders think they can insult drivers as they like.

If I board a Uber cab and the driver somehow misses a turn and tells me to get out because i complained, i will get out, but no money for him o! I will not even drag with him, i will just get out. You can be insulted anywhere. What we can't control is your reaction.

If you put that your car on the road, lots of people won't enter or want to deal with you directly. They will be scared of being kidnapped, robbed, raped or even killed.

They are entering because of UBER. So, it is just not your car. It is UBER's car and as long as you are driving under their umbrella, you will be very careful of your actions. UBER woud always be held accountable for your conduct. They will suffer reputational risk, something that is lost on you and your car.

This isn't rocket science, neither is it an excuse for bad behaviour from riders.
