Afang soup is my favourite soup. Don't usually post it here and I don't know why.

I have ukazi of 2017 still in my house

That soup is the best soup for diabetic patients. Nothing stabilised sugar level like ukazi.

Wow! Never knew it reduces blood sugar, my own affang has been there for long; I think my mum brought it when she came for omugwor almost two years now. since I could not find water leaf as I don’t like using spinach, water leaf gives it that slimy texture and you get the real taste of affang soup. I was supper happy when I saw water leaf at the store - it was like seeing gold.. lol. Hubby and child enjoyed the soup with correct poundo to go with it.

This is actually how u do donut. Frying.
I just want to add and remove somethings so I can bake it. Once baked, I don't think it will be donut again.


Cooked Potatoe, onions, boneless chicken, veggie,bread, small pepper, salt to taste, spices and herbs of ur choice. Blend and form donut. Dip inside egg and bread crumbs.
Keep overnight in freezer and fry.

I have seen baked donuts on YouTube before and they came out perfect, plus health freaks will tell you it's more healthier

I use spinach. Big bold one. U see, as time goes on, u will get used to using other veggies to cook. Just be open to change

Yes,that soup is very good for diabetic patients with very little oil. Turkey lap instead of chicken and if one want to use cow meat, cow head is the best. There is garri for diabetic patients too. It's like ijebu garri. And brown rice. Real brown rice o.
Diabetics is very rampant in Nigeria and no awareness at all. We just dey eat dey go. Prevention is better than cure as our hospitals will even help kill u faster.
See our types of yam and processed rice. Especially yam.

Onitsha people, benue and kogi. All those people that pounded yam is their official swallow, almost every family there has diabetics. Silent killer.

He love Spanish die yet he can't speak
That man started learning Spanish in Nigeria. Paid for lessons.
Went to Spain for holiday.
Now, has apps, so many textbooks yet his kids are better than him

I dont stay there. But u can get very huge groundnut seeds mostly around Ekpoma, Auchi, Okpella, in purple seed coats. I schooled there.
