It takes only one country to veto the admission of a new country into ECOWAS, since Biafra would be a newly formed country and would want admission into ECOWAS, Nigeria may veto it and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
If the Nigerian government decides not to give you citizenship and strip Biafrans with Nigerian citizenship born and living in Nigeria, what would the EU, US, UN do about it?
