Yes....there is Hope but make sure you meet the criteria of the course you going to choose in Uniabuja and the requirements

The opportunity is so slim but you can still get admission if few people from your state choose Uniabuja then you might be consider for admission and again if God destined you to school in Uniabuja

I can't say how long it will take the school to release the post utme time been the first time of it in University of Abuja. But admission process start immediately after post UTME exam
