Of course I know that and he had a secret meeting with him and his minders which was positive but Pinnick used Tammy as a decoy inorder not to raise dust on the case of tomori. My only fear is that the kid is balling hard currently in chelsea and the English FA may swoop in immediately to cap him. Tomori's aunt is the deputy governor in one of the states in the west and when interviewed on the case of his nephew she said that tomori will definently play for 9ja and they can made that known to him and that's interest him as well. Let's wait and see how things unfold sha! ChrisKels: |

BARAJ92: Well spoken. You hit the core of the problem. We do not create long term relationships with players who are based here. From relationship persuasion becomes routine. We shouldn't wait for the English to recognise our players before we do. Finally, the nature of engagement that we practice emanates from Nigeria and it's centred on. You need me and l can change your life if you play for the SE. Therefore you should sign with my agent and come to agreements of monetary reward for helping you. That approach totally fails here, these players do not need the SE to progress thier careers. And will not concede to those disgraceful demands. I could give you multiple examples, l am sure your level headed not to doubt what I am saying. I do find it very difficult to understand how Eze waa invited to the SE with multiple promises in 2017. And up to this point nothing has been done to invite him. I just don't know what they are waiting for. Now if l was Eze l would think that they are not serious. It may also be that someone has asked for gratuity and Eze will not divulge that in the public domain because you simply never have the proof. You could therefore face defamation litigation and nobody in the NFF will admit to that anyway. |

Francis Uzoho starts again in goal for Omonia Nicosia as they take on AEK Larnaca away in the Cypriot Topflight. He kept clean sheets in their last two league games. 3 Likes

It's time NFF quickly cap-tie Eberechi Eze and Tomori Fikayo before England begin to eye them like Tammy. 1 Like |

Oga Komekn u are among the few I respect so much in this forum but ur post of late have been disappointing and I'm sorry to bring that to your notice. Are you telling me that the wisest thing for Rohr and the nff management to do is to fill the super eagles with unproven talents just because they are scared of losing them to their European counterparts? For christ sake Eze was invited to train with the team in Barnet few years ago and Rohr took notice of his talent and penciled him down for the future. Eze was doing well as the season started then but at a point he lost form. So you would have welcomed the invitation of a bench warmer from the championship to the super eagles then when the team is working hard and preparing to assemble a team for the afcon? Eze is still young and very talented no doubt but he needed more to get a chance in the team then, the good thing is that he is doing marvelously well and if he sustains his form he will be not just a member of the team but an integral part going forward in the future. He is one player I love so much and won't want to lose to England but he needs to be consistent. Also he has featured for the English u20 so he needs to be cleared which will take little time to conclude by fifa and the two FA's involved. Coming to the claim that the nff and super eagles coaches demand for 'egunje' from the lads before they can get a chance in the team that is lies and I will advise you to stop making such claims. If such was obtainable in the current eagles set up and pinnick's administration the a player like semi ajayi would have bought his way to the afcon. Such practices took place few years ago when we had local coaches but currently I have not heard of such. The egunje issue is possible in our youth teams with so many cases as evidence but in the current super eagles setup its not applicable. komekn: 1 Like |

Honestly, why should he? We are currently mostly festering the idea of capping the guy given his recent form. The guy has represented England at the youth levels and we expect him to show some loyalty to Nigeria courtesy of his ancestry? Hell na. NFF should have scouts on the lookout for talented footballing kids of Nigerians in diaspora and try to convince the kids and their parents to play for Nigeria. Once those kids represent the countries of their birth at the youth levels, our "purchasing power" is almost gone. It's a risk, cos some of them will fail in their development, but we gotta take it. charlesemeka85: |

Oga I no follow una dey hype or use sentiment to weigh who is a better player. Tomori is a better defender than ajayi forget the goals the latter gets. Tomori bossed the championship last season in a team that made it to the playoff finals and was voted derby's best player and currently doing very well in the epl in the colors of one of the best teams in the league. Tomori is a beast! If not for omeruo's resurgence I would have even tipped him ahead of latter. Tomori is very good hooooha! Odunayaw: 1 Like |
