Once! just once! she vented because she thought she did above board and deserved to win. She worked it out of her system and let it go eventually. That doesn't make her a bitter or vile person as you paint her to be.

(hypothetically) say you put in a lot of work at your workplace and thought you deserved a promotion and after all your hard work, that promotion is given to someone else. Does bitching and venting about it make you a mean and bitter person? Mercy's behaviour makes her real. She says it as she sees it. That takes guts. The way you guys paint her as though she exhibits dreadful behavior everyday I even sometimes wonder of its the same big brother I'm watching.

You may not like her naturally but you don't have to exaggerate issues to explain away your dislike.
I'm a very good judge of character and while I know Mercy is flawed (ain't we all) she's really a good person.
