Breakfast: My special stir fried suya spaghetti.

Story behind it: I was at university of suya yesterday. They have the best spiciest suya I've seen in Lagos. The yaji is mad. So after getting my suya in extra portion , something crossed my mind in the evening ; to prepare spaghetti and add the suya.

So I prepared this and took the left over to work. Eating the spag and tasting the suya spice make sense.

Unripe plantain
Peppered Kanda/kpomo
Peppered fried ice fish
Lime and utazi leaf
Fruit juice

Had to make more eggs than potatoes tho ces I’m stoned and ain’t thinking right lol.

I am a chef and I prepare stew (ofe akwu), ukwa ( breadfruit), oha and Onugbu (bitterleaf) soup. I prepare for families, singles and anyone interested.

I also prefer hard noodles and rice, but my Baby don't. She prefer her noodles and rice soft and meat very soft.

Since you're the type that don't like soft noodles, don't bake or cook for long when trying it.
