2. He prefers young girls

3. He performs his dastardly acts in Motels around and in PH

4. He usually leaves the girls in state of UnCloth

5. His killings are fairly frequent suggesting he has a time table.

6. He doesnt bother to even hide the corpses.

With the above the Police should be able to put together a profile of this heartless psycho.

Unless the killer works in concert with the hotel staffs or he hypnotize everyone including the CCTV, I don't know how police haven't been able to crack this one.

No CCTV, No finger print or DNA scans,no database , no forensic department.. A technologically deficient country, and you expect the police to solve this, with what. ?

Of course we will call God to fish out the killers, that is what we do best in Nigeria, carry religion for head like dada, while countries are developing and advancing technologically.

A rookie in FBI would solve this case in 3 days tops, with just the ladies call log on her phone, the prints on the dead girls body , or even run the plates, if the killer came with a car.. “ Too much watching CSI” or “ Criminal minds” i guess , but it’s the truth..

Unfortunately we have none of the above here, but we do what we do best, go religious and call on God to fish out the killer/ killers and punish them..

It's a pity this things happen. How can a hotel not have CCTV in 2019? Only in Nigeria. The receptionist at the hotel should be asked what form of payment did the said occupant of the room use.
Did the killer(s) parked his car or what? A Rookie in FBI will solve this case in a matter of hours.

Sorry to say, but hotel owners and managers are just being complecant. Simple and serious routine security procedures can prevent this.
Simple rule: No individual should go into hotel room alone. You must go together with someone and must leave with that same person.
If you are leaving alone then they'll need to stop you and ask about the individual you came with.

Its very possible they are not prostitutes.

I wish I could over see this crime. If I was in the CIA or FBI. First of, he ties them in the same manner, harvest their private organs and leave their body. (1) I'm telling you... His Fingerprints should be all over the cadaver..

(2) What about the call logs from the victim's phone? (Service provider can provide this even when the phone is not available)

(3) CCTV? I think most motels do not have this (The Hospitality body should make it mandatory for all hotels to have CCTV at the reception)

(4) The receptionist can describe how the suspect looks like (I've seen in crime documentaries where police sketch from description which aid in their investigation)
