I suggest you follow up through webmails and phone calls. But at the same time, you need to be patient. My last set of documents were received by WES on 26 and 27 August, yet the documents were just accepted last Friday, 13th September.

Good evening house, I'm just about going into this. Hubby and I just sent our credentials to WES for evaluation and we are about booking for the ielts exams. He has a masters and he's 29, I have a bsc and I'm 27, we have one child. I've worked the longest but not under my field of study so I'm the primary applicant. I want to ask if I can go ahead and quit my job, does it affect the application?

Does your Hubby have up to 3 years experience? If you have 10 years and hubby has only 3 years, you will both have same points for work experience.

Although you're 27 and Hubby is 29, you will have the same points for Age.

The Game changer here is your Hubby's Masters degree which will earn extra 39 points compared to your Bsc.

In summary, your Hubby should be the PA if he has up to 3 years work experience.

okay, i did mine in yabatech too...for the ND you will need about 34/35K for wes total
29K for preparing and sending then 5k for verification
Oh, ok. This cost doesn’t include that for the HND as well even though it’s from another school? Also please if I may ask did you have to use a plug in yabatech or how did you go about it. I am sorry if my questions are too many right now but I would really appreciate if you wait me through the detail

Pls I am in a fix and need help.

I am filing out the application post ITA, and I am claiming points for NYSC work experience.
I didn't write NYSC as the organization name, I wrote the name of my PPA.

Now, on going to get job reference Letter from my PPA, the director of admin who is in charge, vehemently refused to sign the reference letter in IRCC format, seized it and instead gave me a ,"to whom it may concern letter " of 3 lines. Which states that I did NYSC in the organization, stated the job title, dept, and also I was hardworking and should be giving the necessary assistance.

My question is; 1). since this reference letter stated that the work I did was NYSC,...do I need to add NYSC as the organization name, in addition to my PPA, while filling the application now? Or still leave just the PPA as organization name?

2) Secondly, the letter is not in IRCC format, so I intend writing an LOE for this reference letter and indicate the start and end date of the work, hours of work, and duties
Also include NYSC discharge certificate
And statement of account for the period,( both the PPA salary account and allowee account, which are in different banks)

Pls, which of the above is not necessary and which is?

3) What do I explain as the reason for not getting the reference letter,as the admin claims its a one year work and not full time?

1. Nothing concerns yabatech wit ur hnd
2. You can do it urself or send someone, documents have to be submitted physically like d recirpt of payment. A plug is also notthat big of a deal

This may not be sufficient. You may need to get a staff there who is familiar with your JD while serving to provide additional reference for you stating all your duties performed on plain sheet and get this letter notarized. S/he to attach his business card and/or staff ID. Add this to what you have from your erstwhile boss

If you worked and you were paid, you can use this experience.
Don't sweat over the little things.

Hello everyone on this super informative thread
My issue is that all my working life has been with my father's company and I wasn't paid a regular salary. There are large volume transactions from the company account to mine and vice-versa.
Can I include this as work experience?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Stencil: 9:32pm On Sep 16, 2019
There might be a little bit of delay, this depends on the Visa office, which would mostly likely be Accra.
There are also basic things to prepare for POF for 2, biometrics for spouse etc.

finestiyke:
Good evening house
Please I have a very serious question to ask
Are there any dire consequences if one gets married post AOR
And now decided to add spouse then?
Could it have negative impact on one's EE application?

I did some simulations with the information you provided using the CRS Tool. I assumed that you've worked for 3 years and would score 8777 (LRWS)

1.) Must hubby do IELTS too?
If he does not write IELTS - You Score 437
If he writes IELTS and scores 8777 - You Score 457

2.) We want to use WES to evaluate our credentials, is it better? If not which can we use?
WES is the only evaluation body that requires WAEC. You dont need WAEC if you have a foreign MSc. Page one has more information on this.

3.) Pls can someone help me with the steps?
See this. Page one too.

Thank you for the response.
But can a former colleague who has also left this organization to a new office, but also worked with me during the same period, do this attestation of the job duties for me?? But she has no ID card from the place embarassed cry
I am asking because the organization is in a different state far away and I don't have the luxury to keep travelling down there. But this colleague also moved with me to the new state.

Have checked CES ECA for there requirements, I saw upload of hardcopy of transcript during Application my worry is I don't have any copy. Just planning to apply for my transcript to be sent officially.

For those that ve used CES is it compulsory to upload softcopy during application or the official transcript from school will do.

Hi guys,

I am thinking of withdrawing my application as I am so tired of waiting.

My application is 13 months post-AOR.

I applied July last year 2018 and added my spouse to my application in February of this year, 2019.

File was moved from Ottawa to Accra in July 30, 2019.

Accra VO asked for ADR for proof of marriage docs, communication with my wife and proof of salary payment from employer or pay stubs.

I submitted all, and for the proof of salary I submitted salary certificate as I was paid in cash.

Now the wait is tiring and I want to withdraw my application. I am an in-Canada applicant and my work experience is from Nigeria.
