oga, it isn't just by web presence, it is analysis based on links, it takes the details of the so-called uni into account, its activities and outputs and their relevance and impact. take note of that. THE and QS can be biased because biographies don't some times favour science research institute and most especially institute with diffrent language of instruction apart from English. a good reason Senegal and cote devoire uni are mostly not included.
