Its not that easy to upgrade. I have someone that has experienced it. The person told me he's still unable to upgrade. He said they usually do consider the entrance certificate b4 upgrade can be done.

NB. Getting a military or paramilitary jobs with WAEC when you already have tertiary certificates and thinking when you get there you'll upgrade is not easy at all.

If you entered with a bsc or hnd, and later you bagged MSC, MA, Mphil etc, upgrading won't be any issue at all.

They are supposed to be sending these acknowledge application slip to applicants email address, since you can't save and continue in the application or save the PDF acknowledgement slip till you are ready to print. It's apply all print all @ once stuff... don't know what to do

Ask the person to send it back to you.
Or if you can restore your back up. To check your last back up, go to settings-->Chats-->backup

The slot for ND and HND will super pass that of B.sc.....
