My Diamond and Access bank account will be dormant now cos am moving my money out because of their exorbitant and hidden charges

Please is this only for online banking? Because its saying wallet account

Okay. But how can someone that is not in Nigeria who has lost his bvn number, bank ATM card and account number with the old diamond bank reactivate such account.
Please any banker on this forum should assist with such information by quoting me abeg.

You will be told the fault is from your network provider.

More like Diamond Yellow Account.

I believe Access Bank doesn't want to manage/continue with the Diamond Yellow Account that's still running, hence coming out with their own wallet account so the former can completely go out of sight.
I still do receive alert from Diamond Yellow Account though but I'm not using it again neither will I even think of opening this wallet account by Access Bank .

i was there to reactivate my account,i could not wait as a result of the crowd.
