Employment prospects is talking about the future and not now, if u like submit the CEO of the company u work with, if you don't convince the VO on how ur proposed course will benefit you when u come back to ur hme country, u will definitely be refused when u re-apply, so work on ur prospects after study. During your Visa application process.

Yes you can be refused if you have certain transmitable diseases which can easily spread in Canada.

It doesn't necessarily mean automatic rejection depending on the case but it can ultimately lead to refusal.

Hello Teematu,

As long as its in same school and course/program irrespective of the campus, it won't raise suspiciousness. The most important thing to consider is the validity of the admission letter. If the admission letter with the embassy is still valid, there won't be much of a necessitated need to send a new one except if the course/program changed too.

I work in the bank and in a session where bank verification from embassies come to our units. Banks disclose balance based on enquiry made by the embassy. For UK embassy, they pick a random date and ask for the balance in the account as at that date, name in the system, date of birth and authenticity of the statement. Canada also verifies balance sometimes closing balance as at print out of statement or balance as at date of enquiry. The best option is to leave the funds in the account at until approval. Though one can be lucky and enquiry might be based on balance as at date of printing statement. The grace on an individual application is different, what works for A may not work for B.

Sir I went to banking school, even though I nor finally work for bank, to the best of my knowledge the bank will not disclose your current closing balance to the embassy, only confirm what was printed in the statement since you printed it and gave it to them.

From what I see, the only way the embassy can get your current closing balance is if they suspect that the money was put there just for show and they request an updated bank statement.

This is why it's still good for people to leave the money there or even add to it until they have been approved and received their passports.

My home tie would be a guaranteed job waiting for me when I get back. (So how do I address this the VO)
Do I need a different letter from the company stating that I would have a job when I get back
Or he can address all that on his part of the letter of sponsor.

As per the GCMS note USE THIS AUTHORIZED LINK TO ORDER FOR YOUR NOTE, though you will need the assistance of someone who is presently in Canada to order the notes on your behalf. In case you don't have anyone in Canada, you might want to search through the internet for other trusted third party GCMS websites.
