Odunayaw: I think for many here top class football is about show boating and dribbling and end product not high up.the scale of expectations. Ojo is not very skillful or filled with a lot of trickery. However, his end product is very good his work rate is very good, he got physicality as well as blistering pace. Is he good enough for the SE l would say yes he is left footed. Is he better than what we have, that's a never ending debate and difficult because he's never been given a chance at the SE. |

If he can't dribble or do that thing kalu did to that two Ukrainian defenders, then we don't want him... |

One of the Chairmen of Chriskels' honorary Carpenter crew... Mikel Agu played 70 mins for Guimares as they were beaten 2-0 by Standard Liege today. Rabiu Ibrahim and Slovan Bratislava playing 2-2 now with Besiktas after 71mins.... Azubuike Okechukwu (A lad not rated by Papa Aribo at all at all... ) just got subbed in on 69mins for Istanbul Basaksehir as they are now 3-0 down against AS Roma. 1 Like |

komekn: I have always wanted Ojo around, atleast as a back up to Chucks, but if u wanna put down any of our present wingers in order to praise Ojo, then I would have to remind u that Ojo hasnt done nothing at the top stage unlike the ones we have already. We all saw him at Reims where he couldn't do no jack with his purported end product, physicality, blistering pace and work rate. In that same ligue1 where he looked lost, a player like Kalu has thrived and made name for himself, big time. The less said about Chuks who used the same Europa league to announce himself to Europe last season, the best. Bros, we dey watch Ojo as our own but him still has a long way to go, to get to the level our present wingers are now. Remember he hasn't been that impressive this season, in the lowly Scottish league. He has to give consistent top quality performances , if he must be given a look in. 4 Likes |

Sheyi Ojo subbed out on 74 mins for Brandon Barker as Rangers still lead 1-0 against Feyenoord. The goal came through Sheyi Ojo's sweet left-footed strike thanks to an assist from Barisic. 1 Like |

Chris. I agree with you. Ojo is decent but not better than what we have on the wings. He is not on the same level as Chuks, Onyekuru, Musa, Kalu and even Simon. But having said that... I retain special interest personally in the lad because of his left foot. He can surely be a decent backup to Chuks as another Left footed winger on either wings.... as a LW or as an inverted RW. Would be nice to see Ojo get better and step things up ahead of a call up to the Eagles because it is obvious his allegiance lies with us. Ojo will be a decent addition but yes... he is not on same level as the bad ass wingers we've got. Let's hope he improves on the 1 goal and 2 assists in the SPL so far in 4 games and really give us something to wow about not just in Scotland but in the UEL as well. So far... I think the lad is on the right track but he must stay really grounded. ChrisKels: 1 Like |

Starboytwo: When caught off guard as a talisman, and u can't conjure an improvised piece of skills like Kalu did against Ukraine, to meander and leave ur opponents in ur wake, then u aint got that much to offer. That said, I want Ojo or Adekanye in(left-footed inverted right wingers), Chucks needs a back up. Started loving Ojo when I saw him play for Wolves in the championship. |

Joe Aribo eventually featured but only for 8mins as he helped his side close the game off for a 1-0 victory vs Feyenoord on their first UEL game of the season. Sadiq Umar and Partizan Belgrade played out a 2-2 draw with AZ Alkmaar. Sadiq won a penalty for their first goal and made an assist for the second as well. #Involved. 1 Like 1 Share |
