From the discussions it's most likely a general consequence for all housemates looms if the box is misplaced, and this is the second time.

Tacha has suffered so many punishments both as a housemate and as a group. She's not ready for any going forward.

Tacha knows the environment she's in and know what would have been from the other HMs if she was the one that misplaced the box.
