solonnachi:Not a bad formation i expect iwobi to start ahead of onyekuru I just go through Brazil previous record there have not be fantastic since there lift the copa america( drawing against Colombia and losing to Peru) but the only thing am scared of is the squad, those squad that lose and drew there last two matches are different from this one. One good thing is that we will be playing them after there match with Senegal. who knows tite might just field a not too strong team against nigeria. |

Men, it is frightening how Lamela is assaulting Ndidi repeatedly on grounds of tactical positioning, skills, reading of the game and distribution. Ndidi needs to step up this second half to slow Lamela from dictating play in the offensive area. Madison and Barnes need to be sharper in front of goal when the former Ajax men, Vertoghen and Alderweireld have Vardy boxed. |

This is where I do not get the logic of Rodgers screening Nacho out of the squad. They are a goal down against a physically sound Tottenham, who will not give them running spaces. With Ndombele, Sissoko and Winks shutting down playing spaces in the middle. I would expect an out and out striker to come in to reduce the attention to detail on Vardy, thus creating scoring options for both up front. Maybe go three at the back to maintain midfield stability. Let us see how it goes. 1 Like |
