Agbo?? Haba naa... Chaaaiiiii... I hope you ain't using just this Barca game. Ramon is not just a midfield warrior who can cover grounds... He also has the ability to read a game and do some playmaking from deep. Come on... This is a Ramon we all followed since the U-17s. Lad is better than Agbo joor.

The bolded is too conjectural. U gotta watch it, though I like ur choice of words when u describe these players some times, buh u becoming overly hyperbolic here. Azeez isn't even as good as Uche Agbo.

I am a happy man this new Season.

This should be the best ever season for Nigerian footballers in our history.

Many of our boys are balling across the major top 5 leagues.

I mean plenty of our players are actually starting and scoring. This is the best time for any of our previous coaches to coach us.

Not like time past where we would only hear of Poland, Ukraine, Malta, Slovenia, Czech Republic
etc leagues where we would have to consult the Map to locate it.

The other time we had the best spread prior to now was in the time of Okocha and Yak. During the time of Okocha, we had only kanu, babayaro, and Okocha playing across the top 5 leagues, aside that none else.

During the time of Yak, we had only Yobo, Osazie, Shittu, Mikel and Yakubu himself. Not all were even playing Uefa then self.

But today, we have

Osimehen

Chuks

Onuachu

Okereke

S. Kalu

S. Moses

Olayinka

Aribo

Ndidi

B. Dennis

Aina

Ekong

Omeruoh

Collins

Now

Ramon Azeez

Etc

As of today, I can actually look forward to each footballing weekend. Any direction i change my Channels to i see a Nigerian in the league and in a team playing, assisting and Scoring.

So much joy to watch

God bless these boys.

God bless Gernot Rorh.

God bless Pinnick .

God bless the Super Eagles of Nigeria

Long May This Continue!!

I cannot deny there are similarities to their game but Ramon releases the ball quicker to his advanced midfield partners than Etebo does. Etebo loves to hug the ball and retain possession but Ramon would rather keep the ball moving. That said, they do have more similarities than differences.

If I didn't already know I would swear you are describing Etebo grin

Ramon Azeez has ability to read game? U guys can hype for Africa. Azeez is just an OK DM and not even better than Uche Agbo.

Semedo should never be allowed to play as a Left Back again. That place doesn't suit him. Jordi Alba needs a better replacement.

Ramon is a CM/DM. He is not just a DM. And come on, this is no hype. He does know how to read a game and uses that ability efficiently to snuff out dangers or makes runs into channels if need be. He is no dictator..... Being able to read a game does not mean he is a midfield dictator.No.. But he can pick a pass from deep and position himself well in a midfield role especially as DM in front of a back four. His passing, ability to read games and act swiftly and his workrate are three of his weapons.

You need to read what Sam Tighe said about him few weeks ago.

For instance, defenders like Van Dijk and De Ligt can read games but it doesn't make them team dictators.

Agbo again... Chaaaiii... Una dey maks me laugh ooo... Lol

This season is not looking good for bettors. From Man City's shock loss to Norwich, to the midweek Napoli victory over Liverpool, and Slavia Prague's victory over Inter, to another weekend of shock losses from Tottenham, and now Barcelona. I would sit out the first half of this season at this point, as a bettor

Ramon Azeez is a good addition to the s.eagles. Those of u claiming he gat nothing to offer didn’t watch the match or you’re too blind to acknowledge something good

One might be offering what the team lacked and the other isn't. It doesn't all come down to the quality of the league they are playing.

Lol...see ehn Elder Kog. Forget even the league. Aribo came to fill a void and he did superbly. Showed us he can interpret the CM role much better and showed he is indeed an upgrade.

Now in Ramon I feel we have a lad who can bring competition to the DM role. He is disciplined enough to sit and his passing is very good. I havent checked his personal stats for the barca game yet but I am absolutely certain that his passing will be between 85-89% in this game. Ramon is far far better than Agbo and Esiti put together.

Gala purchased 2 wingers while Henry was working things out with Everton

Now are you sure Henry will bench Ryan babel ?

They are playing 3 5 2 today ,even fabregas dey bench self ,Henry will do well this season .
Oh really.. I had no idea Gala had their own plans.. I hope he gets more playing time. slimani that performed well in their last match didn't play today. I don't know why I keep watching their matches. But it seems I have a soft spot for the team. They have all the players they need to be a balance team.

Pepe is a high budget iwobi , because of his end product.(goals) which iwobi lacks.
Once Pepe settles down, many people will eat a huge slice of humble pie.
It's obvious what the guy brings to the team when hes on form.
Besides even if Iwobi was kept, he'd be playing on the left side, not the right.

I think Azeez will fit more into Nigeria's play than Azubuike. He is not neccesarily more talented but he keeps things simple. I like my midfielders to keep things simple.

My man am not even talking about quality of the league but quality of the two players.

We need more player who can fight for CM/AM position and performing player should be invited and let see what they can do.

Aribo has shown us that we got the talents and i don't see any reason why a performing midfielder in La liga would not be a good addition to the squad.

I want to see Eze and Azeez slug it out with Iwobi,Etebo and Aribo and let see how it goes

I think so too as that js even his central role as a midfielder even though he can play DM pretty decently too. He can provide quality cover to both CM and DM positions and give us extra dynamic depth thus increasing our quality MF pool.
