The emboldened is a huge lie. After Nelsons eviction, Frodd began to devote and spend more time with Esther. This meant that he spent most of his time with her, thereby limiting his time with other HMs, Ike inclusive.

The final nail was Ike's failure to save Frodd from nominations when he saved Omashola instead.

Regardless, nobody needs to be friends with anyone in that house. All they need to have is polite relations.
